Leah joined SYNACT in August of 2019. With 16+ years working in sales support, training, and customer service, she has the fortitude required to make a master out of even the most reluctant user! She has worked with various CRMs, as well as accounting and inventory applications, and truly enjoys the work of supporting our end users.  

Leah is also a dog trainer and owns her own business - Pawsitive Center for Dogs in Syracuse, NY. She has spent many years volunteering in local shelters, advocating, fostering and serving on the Board of Directors for foster-based dog rescues.
