Jennifer joined SYNACT mid-2022, bringing in over 15 years of experience in Technical Support and Customer Service, as well as over 12 years in Sales, Account Management and Marketing. She holds an AS Degree in Computer Science and is passionate about leveraging technology to support others, particularly in the CRM space. Originally from Kaua’i, Hawai’i, Jennifer now resides in Southwest Florida with her two children. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, shark tooth hunting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
