Lara is a Planning & Delivery Coordinator at SYNACT, where she partners with customers and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly and on track. She translates business needs into clear, actionable plans and helps guide work from kickoff through delivery, ensuring alignment, transparency, and meaningful results along the way. Known for her proactive approach and attention to detail, Lara is focused on making every engagement seamless. She builds strong relationships, anticipates challenges early, and keeps everyone aligned so customers feel confident and supported throughout their initiatives.

 

Outside of work, Lara enjoys playing tabletop games with friends, playing and modding video games, and spending time with family.
